NEXON Robotics is building a next-generation humanoid robotics and dexterous manipulation platform in Canada, combining advanced robotics hardware, embodied AI, and North American research validation.
Our team is establishing a robotics lab and development platform in collaboration with leading academic and industry partners in Vancouver, including the UBC ecosystem. We are looking for highly motivated engineers, researchers, and builders who want to help shape the future of humanoid robotics.

1. Robotics Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer
Responsibilities
- Mechanical design, prototyping, integration, and testing
- Robot hand / actuator / end-effector assembly and optimization
- CAD design and rapid iteration
- Hardware debugging and system integration
Preferred skills
- SolidWorks / Fusion360 / CAD tools
- Robotics, motors, actuators, sensors
- Hands-on prototyping experience
- ROS / embedded systems experience is a plus
2. Robotics Software Engineer
Responsibilities
- Robotics software integration and development
- ROS2 development and sensor integration
- Camera / perception / teleoperation systems
- Simulation and manipulation pipeline development
Preferred skills
- ROS2 / Python / C++
- Robotics perception and control
- Computer vision or embodied AI experience
- Real-world robotics deployment experience preferred
3. Robotics Lab Technician / Operator
Responsibilities
- Lab operations and robotics testing
- Hardware assembly and maintenance
- 3D printing, wiring, calibration, and debugging
- Assist with demonstrations, experiments, and data collection
Preferred skills
- Strong hands-on technical ability
- Familiar with robotics hardware and electronics
- Organized and execution-oriented
